The staff here was friendly and knowledgeable, and we enjoyed a spacious twin room with a large bed and a great breakfast that offered a variety of choices including toast and eggs.

The room was large and absolutely perfect for toiletries or hang towels, with essentials required. Btw it included a refrigerator, a private safe, and a stone fireplace.

Make sure you stay in the standard double room with a super comfty bed at poolside with woodburner, toiletries, for example. The price is just right - gbp 91.

The breakfast offered a delightful selection of toast and eggs for everyone. The location was fantastic, just a short distance from Calama, and situated in a stunning part of Chile. it was only a 5-minute drive to the Ribble Steam Railway and Museum.

The attentive staff provided plenty of useful tourist information, and we enjoyed a comfortable bedroom during our stay at this venue.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the spa area was not well-maintained, with dirty hot tubs filled with floating dead skin and hairs.

Everything is what i need and want.

Rooms were cleaned daily and the grounds were well looked after. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. The location was great, just a short walk into town but far enough away to enjoy the quiet of the desert. We had the option of having breakfast in the dining room or getting a snack pack to take away, which was convenient for our early morning tours.

The pool was in a sorry state, with murky green water that seemed like it hadn't been enjoyed for a long time. It was a disappointment to not be able to use it.

Great location; close to the city centre, but still quiet. Comfortable rooms and beds. Nice pool. Europecar rental next to the hotel for convenient transportation. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and packed breakfast provided for early tours.
